Paul Violo is a Certified Electrician since 1997 and has been in the electrical field since 1986. He has electrical knowledge in residential, commercial, industrial, including design, installations & business operations in all fields. His past experience included Owner LPV Electric Ltd. (1992-2006), Senior Partner 2237766 Ontario Inc. (land development/holding company, 2007-Present), Senior Partner Fox Custom Woodworks Ltd. (Cabinetry manufacturing company, 2009-Present). Paul is currently a Senior Partner at Pivotal Product Developments Inc.
Louie Violo is a Master Electrician since 1998 with electrical knowledge in Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Design Build. His industry experiences include Electrical Apprentice – Licensed 1990 (309A) (1986-1994), Electrical Foreman/Supervisor at Lancor Electric, Mississauga ON (1994-2002), Owner at Power Quest Electric Ltd, Georgetown ON (2002-2017), Vice-Chair, Board of Directors at Ontario Electrical League (2016-2019), Chair at Electrical Contractors Registration Agency - ECRA (2016-2017), Senior Estimator, Phazer Electric, Brampton, Ontario (2017), Senior Estimator/ Manager, Business Development at R&B Construction, Acton ON (2017-2019).
Louie was a Board Member for the Electrical Contractors Registration Agency (2012-2016). The ECRA was Instrumental in developing policies, documents & processes for the Electrical Industry including a major document named “Guideline to the Duties and Responsibilities of Licensed Electrical Contractor (LECs) and Designated Master Electricians (DMEs).”
Currently, he is the Operations Manager at Phazer Electric in Brampton, Ontario (since 2017.) He is the OEL GTA Chapter President (since 2012), Chair, Board of Directors - Ontario Electrical League (since May 2019, 3 Year Term), Contractors Committee Member - Ontario Electrical League (since 2006). Louie is a Senior Partner at Pivotal Product Developments Inc. in Toronto, Ontario.
George De Francesca is a Master Electrician since 1989 and has been in the electrical field since 1982. He is a DeVry Institute of Technology Graduate (1984). His industry experience includes Apprentice, Foreman and Supervisor at Har-Kes Electric in North York (1982-1994), President of DeRock Communication (2004-2008), President of DeRock System Ltd. / DeRock Electric in Etobicoke, Ontario (1996-2014), Ontario Electrical League Board Member (2017-Present), President of DeFran Electric Inc. in Toronto, Ontario (1990-1996, 2019-Present). George is a Senior Partner at Pivotal Product Developments Inc. in Toronto, Ontario.
